Ugh, isn’t that the worst! If you can’t live without the item, email us as firstname.lastname@example.org! We will do our best to see if we have any remaining stock at our warehouse for you.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We’ll email you your tracking number once your order has been sent. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is and how long it’ll take to reach you. Easy!
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email with your tracking number after your order is confirmed. To track your order, input your tracking number on the Australia Post tracking portal here.
Please note: for international orders, it may take up to 2 days for you to receive your tracking code.
What’s your returns policy?
If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we offer store credit for the item(s) you are returning.

What are your sizes in comparison to other country sizing?
Our garments are aimed to run true to size, on occasion some products are made for a bigger or smaller make. Also, we appreciate customer feedback! If you find there is a style that didn’t run true to your size, we’d love to hear from you. If you had any questions relating to a particular item, please feel free to speak to our Team via email at email@example.com or call us on 07 5597 7799 and one of our friendly staff members would be happy to help you choose the most suitable size.
How do I access my store credit?
We will send you an email notification as soon as your return has been approved via email. Please hop over to our returns policy page for more details. Your store credit will be sent as a discount code equivalent to the cost of your item and shipping amount.
What payment methods do you allow?
We accept payment via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, & AMEX).
Missing an item from your order?
If you haven’t received all your items or you have received the wrong size/ colour from what your ordered, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

Jacquie D Designs is dedicated to the security and privacy of your information. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.
We only use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us. That is all. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with any third parties.
