Returns Policy: Q & A
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. After all, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We offer 30-day returns on fully priced, unworn/used items only. We don't offer an exchange service, rather we refund you for your item so you can repurchase the item of choice.
Our full priced products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Sale items are non-refundable.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- The product is free from perfume smells or makeup marks
- The swing tag has not been cut or removed from the garment
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges however, we offer a full refund if you purchase meets our refund requirements.
I’ve received a faulty item
- Send an email to email@example.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 100% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
