Our full priced products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Sale items are non-refundable.

- The product isn't used or damaged

- The swing tag has not been cut or removed from the garment

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges however, we offer a full refund if you purchase meets our refund requirements.
I’ve received a faulty item
- Send an email to sales@jacquieddesigns.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 100% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
